When does time start for my booked move?
The clock begins when movers arrive at the start location.

Can we have friends or family help during the move?
For everyone’s safety, friends and family are not allowed to assist during the move.

What if it rains during my move?
We handle this on a case by case basis. In some cases it is safe for our movers to continue and in others not.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or credit/debit cards. Cards are subject to a 5% transaction fee.

Do you move safes, pianos, or gym equipment?
We do move these items for an additional fee. It must be communicated and prearranged before moving day.

Do you offer same day service?
In some cases. Please call to inquire.

What is your cancellation process? Is there a fee?
We charge a $75 non-refundable deposit upon booking our service. We do our best to work with your schedule and will try to help you reschedule before cancelling. There are no other cancelling fees.

What happens if an item gets damaged during my move?
When or if damages should occur The Incredible Giants will make it right. We have years of service with thousands of 5 star reviews showing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of your move.
